Delivery timeframes

Capzul Technologies Private Limited aims to deliver medicines within 60–90 minutes of order confirmation in our active service zones. Estimated times are shown in the app before you pay and may vary with traffic, weather, prescription verification, or stock checks.

*Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Cold-chain and prescription-verification orders may take longer.

Serviceable areas

We currently operate primarily in the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula) and selected adjoining areas as shown during checkout or in the PIN checker on the homepage.

• Orders outside serviceable pincodes cannot be placed until coverage expands.
• Lab-test home collection and ambulance services follow separate coverage maps in their respective booking flows.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on order value, distance, and time:

• Delivery: ₹20 for up to 2 km from the nearest partner pharmacy, then ₹5 for every extra km.
• Small order fee: ₹25 on medicine orders under ₹100.
• Platform fee: 2% of the item total.
• Night fee: ₹50 on orders placed between 11 pm and 6 am.
• Fees are shown separately at checkout before payment.
• MRP, delivery fee, and applicable taxes are displayed in your order summary.

Free delivery on eligible medicine orders above ₹499.

Capzul Care members may receive additional delivery benefits as shown in the app at enrolment.

Cold-chain & special handling

• Temperature-sensitive medicines are packed in insulated packaging where required.
• An adult (18+) must be present to receive regulated or cold-chain items.
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability may incur a re-delivery fee.

Regulatory compliance

In accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, certain medicines require:

• Valid prescription verification before dispatch
• Government-issued ID verification for regulated substances
• Age verification for adult-restricted medicines

Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded as per our Refund & Return Policy.
