Teleconsultation Terms & Informed Consent

Capzul Technologies Private Limited

Effective date: August 25, 2026·Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Scope of teleconsultation

Capzul Technologies Private Limited may facilitate teleconsultations with independent registered medical practitioners for general medical advice, follow-ups, and care-plan onboarding where available on the Platform. Teleconsultation is optional and separate from medicine ordering.

3. Limits of teleconsultation

  • Teleconsultation is not suitable for medical emergencies.
  • Doctors may decline to prescribe if a physical examination is required.
  • No prescription is guaranteed; clinical decisions rest solely with the consulting doctor.
  • Teleconsultation does not replace ongoing care from your primary physician.

In a medical emergency, call 108 or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

4. Doctor independence

Consulting doctors are independent professionals, not employees of Capzul Technologies Private Limited. Capzul provides the technology platform only and is not responsible for clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing decisions made during a teleconsultation.

5. Prescriptions from teleconsultation

If a doctor issues a prescription following a teleconsultation, it will be subject to our Prescription Policy and applicable telemedicine guidelines. Prescriptions may be uploaded automatically to your Capzul account where integrated.

6. Fees and cancellation

Consultation fees, if any, are displayed before you confirm a booking. Cancellation and refund rules for paid consults follow the schedule shown at booking and our Refund & Return Policy.
